Refund Policy Details

After Final Purchase of the syrups on Ralli’s Online Store, NO refunds will be made.

You are eligible for a Refund in the below cases:

  1. In case the Product received in damaged
  2. In case of a Quality issue

REFUNDS

  1. In case the Product received in damaged

In the cases where the Products is received damaged during transit in that case you can request a refund via email within 2 days of order received by registering the complaint on order@rallisonlinestore.com with the below mentioned details:

  • Order number: –

  • Name: –

  • Problem description: –
  • Images or the video of the product damaged: –
  • Bank account details: –

o   IFSC Code

The refund would be processed as per the invoice in 10 working days

  • In case of a Quality issue

In the cases where the Products received have quality issues you can request a refund with at least 50% product should still be available in the bottle up to 10 months of the date of manufacturing.

General Information

  • A complaint cannot be registered if the product has reached/near its expiry date(2 months before & after the expiry date)
  • The product is advised to be consumed within one month after opening the bottle

At Ralli’s Online Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations:

Refund Policy Overview: Upon final purchase of syrups from Ralli’s Online Store, refunds are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be made in specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund: You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Product:
    • If you receive a damaged product during transit, you may request a refund via email within 2 days of receiving your order. To register a complaint, please email order@rallisonlinestore.com with the following details:
      • Order number
      • Product Name
      • Your Name
      • Mobile Number
      • Description of the problem
      • Images or video showing the damaged product
      • Bank account details (Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code)
    • The refund will be processed within 10 working days as per the invoice.
  2. Quality Issue:
    • If you encounter quality issues with the product, you may request a refund if at least 90% of the product remains in the bottle, up to 10 months from the date of manufacturing.
    • A complaint cannot be registered if the product is nearing or has reached its expiry date (within 2 months before or after the expiry date).
    • It is advised to consume the product within one month after opening the bottle to ensure quality. So we don’t take up quality issue after one month of the order delivery.

No Refund/Cancellation Cases:

  • Refunds will not be provided for any reason other than those mentioned above.
  • Once a purchase is finalized, refunds are generally not applicable unless the product meets the criteria outlined in the eligibility section.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been finalized and processed.
  • Refunds are not provided for canceled orders.
